Tannat

Tannat · South Coast · 2025

Tannat grapes are originally from France but some of the finest expressions of this varietal come from Uruguay. So we took inspiration from the South American Tannat to create a deep blue-red color and velvety smooth flavor with a dry finish. We picked the grapes at 23 Brix to guarantee a low to medium alcohol content, we believe sugars shouldn't overpower flavor.

Aged for 7 months in neutral French Barriques. Balanced in tannins, pairs beautifully with meats and deep sauces, though its smoothness also makes it a tasteful pre-dinner glass with your cheese and crackers plate.

Our 2024 harvest received amazing reviews from top sommeliers and sold out in a blink. 1,800 numbered bottles produced from the 2025 harvest.

Luciano

Sangiovese & Malbec · South Coast · 2025

I, Saverio, grew up in Italy, the land of Sangiovese, and Carolina is from Argentina, where Malbec is the national beverage. Our son Luciano, born in California, is a beautiful blend of our heritage, our love, and our passions.

After co-fermentation, the Malbec and the Sangiovese undergo malolactic fermentation and rest in the same Barrique for 9 months before bottling. The result is a full-body red, rich, deep, and fruity. Full of personality and character and honestly some temper… just like our now 10-year-old Luciano!

Saggio

Red Wine Blend · South Coast · 2025

Our proprietary blend. We call it Super Californian, inspired by the Italian Super Tuscans, where varietals north and south of the Alps blend together in a beautiful dance as one moving, harmonious form.

Medium body and vibrant on the palate. Some cherry and black currant, yet always with a dry finish. Pairs with just about anything you want to eat, even fish, due to its famously pronounced acidity.

Neutral oak barrel aged. 1,700 numbered bottles produced.

Calicannu

Grenache · South Coast · 2025

Archeologists have found traces of Grenache grapes in tombs buried in the island of Sardinia dating thousands of years ago. There the locals call it Cannonau. We love Sardinia immensely, and this Cannonau-style Grenache is our California homage to the island's ancient wine-making tradition, rich culture, and mystical beauty.

Light velvety body, medium tannins, reminiscences of wild flowers and currants with a long dry finish. A great companion to roasted pork, pastas, or a summer tray of raw fava beans and pecorino cheese.

Vermentino

Vermentino · South Coast · 2025

In sunny California at an altitude of 2,550 feet (777 meters), we planted Vermentino, the quintessential Sardinian white wine. As great lovers of the enchanting Italian island, we find great similarities in climate and terroir, and indeed the Vermentino vines are thriving in Sage.

This wine is dry, acidic, slightly aromatic. The wild flowers and wild sage plants that grow so plentiful in the area are found in the notes of the aftertaste. A long lasting flavor on the palate that makes this wine pair so well with seafood and fish, and of course cheese, especially pecorino and other strong dry cheeses.

Grenache Blanc

Grenache Blanc · South Coast · 2025 · 300 Bottles

Deep yellow-golden color, low acidity, dry and round. Aged just 4 months in neutral oak. No chemicals. Low sulfites and minimal intervention. Only 300 bottles made.

This wine has a velvety body and pairs beautifully with pastas and chicken dishes or grilled veggies. It has legs in the glass and is a pleasure even on its own as an after-dinner drink.

Aranciato

Skin Contact Grenache Blanc · South Coast · 2025 · 750 Bottles

Fun, fun, fun… 7 days on skin fermentation and stainless steel aging resulted in a dry wine with balanced acidity, incredible orange hue, and velvety texture. It has tannins from the skins.

This is a true surprise. The color is 100% natural. An amazing before-dinner aperitif when served chilled with a slice of orange. Non-cold stabilized, so a natural crystal may form when served too cold, not a bad sign, on the contrary, it is a sign of health and vitality. Truly a revelation for us.
