Vermentino

Vermentino · South Coast · 2026

In sunny California at an altitude of 2,550 feet (777 meters), we planted Vermentino — the quintessential Sardinian white wine. We, as great lovers of the enchanting Italian island, find great similarities in climate and terroir, and indeed the Vermentino vines are thriving in Sage.

This wine is dry, acidic, slightly aromatic. This year we chose a limited filtration which gives it a natural finish with graceful skin hints.

Nonno

Malbec · Temecula Valley · 2024

Nonno means "grandpa," and this wine is named after Carolina's dad, Hector Cerisola, who is better known as Nonno. He worked tirelessly in our family vineyard, sharing his loving and caring energy with us all. As an Argentinian, Malbec was his favorite.

This wine is dedicated to all the Nonnos out there, wherever you are…

"Por los buenos momentos."

Luciano

Sangiovese & Malbec · California · 2024 · 100 Bottles

I, Saverio, grew up in Italy, the land of Sangiovese, and Carolina is from Argentina, where Malbec is the national beverage. Our son Luciano, born in California, is a beautiful blend of our heritage, our love, and our passions.

After co-fermentation, the Malbec and the Sangiovese undergo malolactic fermentation and rest in the same small Barrique for 9 months before bottling. The result is a full-body red, rich, deep, and fruity. Full of personality and character and honestly some temper… just like our 9-year-old Luciano.

Tannat Sold Out

Tannat · Temecula Valley · 2024

Tannat grapes are originally from France but the most known expression of this varietal is in Uruguay. We love the deep blue-red color and the velvety smooth flavor with the dry finish. We picked the grapes at 23 Brix to guarantee a low to medium alcohol content — we believe sugars shouldn't overpower flavor.

We rest our reds for 7 to 9 months in French Barrique neutral barrels. Balanced in tannins — pairs beautifully with meats and deep sauces, though its smoothness also makes it a tasteful pre-dinner glass with your cheese and crackers plate.

Montepulciano Sold Out

Montepulciano · Temecula Valley · 2024 · 300 Numbered Bottles

Montepulciano is known in Italy for its dark color and powerful taste, which associates so well with truffles, mushrooms, and cheese plates. As by tradition, we slow fermented for two weeks to extract all of the skin color and tannins.

After the first 2 months in stainless steel, we rested it in French Barrique for another 6 months before hand bottling. The result is a balanced and fruity wine with dry finish. Our limited production of 300 numbered bottles is available from the 2024 harvest.

Our Philosophy

No shortcuts. Just the land.

We apply zero pesticides and zero chemical sprays to our 2,000 vines. We minimize sulfites in the cellar. We believe the best wines come from healthy soil and patient hands — not intervention. Our wines taste like the place they came from, because we let them.
